These Terms of Use govern your use of the Sleeppy application, widgets, watch app, websites, and related services.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Sleeppy Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sleeppy is a baby and child caregiving app that may include sleep and caregiving logging, child profiles and related history, local and cloud-backed sync for signed-in users, family workspace sharing, premium subscription features, notifications, widgets, watch features, AI Assistant and AI-generated insights, and other related app functionality.
Features can vary by platform, region, account state, subscription status, and app version. We may add, remove, suspend, or change features at any time.
Some features can be used without signing in. Other features require an authenticated account.
AI Assistant threads are intended to remain account-scoped, not family-shared.
Sleeppy's AI features are optional. By using them, you understand that prompts and related content are processed through our backend and sent to the Google Gemini API.
Sleeppy is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.
Subject to these Terms and applicable App Store rules, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Service on devices you own or control for your personal, non-commercial use. The Service is licensed, not sold.
You retain ownership of the content and data you create and submit in the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, store, display, and use that content only as needed to operate the Service, sync and restore your data, provide family-sharing features you enable, provide AI features you request, maintain security, improve reliability, and comply with law.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, audio assets, compiled data, and other content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights.
Your use of the Service is also governed by the Sleeppy Privacy Policy.
The Service may rely on third-party providers, platforms, and infrastructure, including Apple, Firebase, Google, and Amplitude. Your use of third-party services is also governed by the applicable third-party terms and policies.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risks, or if continuing to provide the Service is no longer commercially or technically practical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, always available, free from data loss, or that it will produce any specific result for sleep, caregiving, or child development outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, and our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us through the Service in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we may provide notice in the app, on our website, or by another reasonable method. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
